Hi everyone I'm new here, I'm more of an admirer than a wearer. I have a particular weakness for ladies in shiny hunter wellies, rubber riding boots or leather/PVC knee high boots and PVC leggings/trousers. Being in close proximity to a lovely lady wearing one of the above can literally leave me lightheaded!
