How do I put up pics? In simpleton language!!!

Sorry. But I am not at all computer literate. Could someone kindly explain how to put up photos on here in a language I understand that doesnt include computer jargon! It surely cant be that difficult! But having tried to follow directions in the past, I just seem to run into brick walls! Treat me like a two year old!!!
