Teacher in PVC Pants

I know it’s not rainwear and I know the clip is short, but the combination of the white boots, big sweater and dark blue PVC trousers is utterly gorgeous. I adore the fact that she calls them her plastic pants and my God I would have adored her as my teacher.

Could be, but I’d like to think they are PVC rather than shiny nylon.
