'Le Bonheur d'en Face' (Belgian sitcom from 1989). Annie Cordy wears a long shiny yellow rubber mackintosh. The scene is quite long and there are other actors wearing macs (plastic and rubber) too!

I liked the fact that she was wearing Red Lightweight Marigold Rubber Gloves . I think they might have lost the roof in a severe storm.
