I have a green pvc rukka but it's either lost its shine or it wasn't originally shiny

And once again that completely rubbish not matching belt for the green Rukka. Which herbs does that guy smoke???

this drives me crazy they have that ugly big red belt on all rukka raincoats :/ looks so bad
