That scene near the end of Sunday's "Call the Midwife" where one of the characters, setting off to get married in the pouring rain, wore a lovely shiny black full length mac with an attached pointy hood.

You can see it on the BBC Iplayer. I've just signed up to it especially to see what you have. The mac looks shiny but is that just due to being wet?

Only very short scene, but looks so awesome - the hood looks huge, could be a Klepper with the (rare) larger nurses hood (Schwesternkapuze)... not sure, can any Klepper experienced guy verify that?

The hood looks larger than the regular Klepper hood... I bet it's the rare "Schwesternkapuze" (nurses hood). It was to buy optionally for nurses wearing their nurse's cap so needing a larger hood.
edit: apologize for the episode mistake, it's ep. 8 (the ending of season 14, not ep. 7
)
