Just sorting through some old coats to throw out.
Is there anyway to fix the peeling coating on Peter Storm cagoules?

I've got a few with this issue and was wondering if there's a fix before the wife throws them in the bin.

I would say that you are out of luck , the breathable Peter Storm cagoules seem to go like this in the end. If you can find one that is lined with polyurethane(non- breathable) they do not seem to go like this. I suggest that some members on here might want to buy them so do not throw them away without trying to sell them first.

I would love to have them and give them a fitting send off

I have some that's gone like yours .
It's sad to part with these as they are lovely rain coats
