Jennifer Moss (playing Lucille) wore a shiny black PVC mac in a number of episodes of Coronation Street in the 1960s. I have spent a lot of time looking for just one of them but have thus far drawn a blank. The main reason for this is that a fair number of episodes are missing. There are only 3 or 4 episodes still in existence for May and June 1966 sadly. By the way, the photo you have put up Beth is of Julie Goodyear (playing Bet Lynch) in an early episode of Coronation Sstreet - one of her earliest appearances. I've never found a link to this episode either....
