Danish TV program about a raincoat fetishist ???

I hope there are some members of this forum who are from Denmark and remember that back in the 80s there was a show on DRTV about a man from Kalvehave who was a raincoat fetishist. Unfortunately I didn't see the show. The show has not been archived by DR and therefore no longer exists - officially.
My question is if anyone can remember the man's name?
