Not sure if this is off-topic or a valid discussion...

Has anybody else had trouble viewing the videos from plastic lovers dot co dot uk?

I signed up for a months membership, but now I don't seem able to view the videos on the laptop any more. The videos only seemed to work for a few days.

I have installed the recommended viewer, and typed in the user name and password, but nothing happens.

I have left three messages on the support centre, but not a single reply in over two months. They have my email address, so it's not difficult to get hold of me.

I know it was only £30, but I earned that money, and would rather have given it to charity than have it effectively stolen from me.

If anyone has had a similar experience, then please let me know. Maybe I am missing something obvious etc.

I also experienced exactly the same problem downloading their bloody videos ... absolutely infuriating!!

Not one of them would play on my computer after downloading .... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

Bloody rip-off merchants ... In the Philippines, "plastic" also means insincere, pretending to be friendly and/or up themselves and that's exactly what they are!!
