rainwear storage ... how do you store your rainclothes?

I'd love to hear how other people here cope with storing their rainwear, particularly if space and/or privacy are issues ... how do you go about it?
Rainwear is, by its nature, bulky and it takes up a LOT of space particularly once you begin amassing more than ten or so coats, jackets, one or two-piece suits or even plastic underwear.
Do you store everything in plain view or hide it somewhere nobody will find/see it?
I'm lucky enough to have heaps of room for storing everything; my favourite raincoats (mainly those I wear regularly or very rare items) live inside my room while everything else lives in another wardrobe elsewhere.

Good afternoon Mason
Most of our rainwear is in a box in the car for if we go out and do photos or videos.
Colleen's rainwear for wearing out or best if you wish are hung up in the wardrobe.
They are worn for everyday wear or evenings out.
Best wishes
Paul

I have blue storage bins for my play and shoot rainwear. The have handles, but are unwieldy due to the weight of the nice rainsuits. Though a model friend of mine from Florida uses vacuum seal bags for her latex outfits and that saves space in the trunk of her car. Here she is in her translucent green latex dress from our October 2011 shoot.

Like you mason I'm quite lucky with the amount of space I have to store my rainwear, I have about 40 2 piece suits on 2 rails in our loft (I'm the only one who goes up there) as you can see in my profile pic here:

There is also a tall box behind the chair I'm sat on in the pic full of wellington boots and the shelf on the left of the pic is also now full of wellis, then there's the stuff not in the photo, there's a box full of my 8 pairs of chest waders, another box full of my bulky hazmat suit and other heavy rubber suits and coveralls, another with my 5 helmets in, and finally 2 boxes with gloves in one and gas masks, plastic pants and overshoes / boots in the other.

As I own more than 100 raingears, I have raincoats everywhere:
in each car ( my car and my wife's car) I have three or four raincoats
At home in each house (I have a house and an apartment) I have 4 ou 5 raincoats in the hall closet with other coats
same in the bedroom and some carboards full of raincoats , raincape in the cellar.
I also have1 or 2 raincoats in my lugage when I travel by plane
So I always have a raincoat available when the wheather becomes rainy and I never loose an opportunity to wear a raincoat

Most of my macs are lightweight(nylon) but lucky to have sufficient room to hang each item on hangers in a wardrobe

In our attic room I have two holdalls. One holdall contains the rainwear that I tend not to wear very often or not at all. The other holdall contains the macs that I wear indoors whenever my wife is out (like now). I have a PVC-U-Like see-through PA2C in a drawer in my shower room which gets a lot of wear. I keep a see-through Jeantex Toni in a small rucksack which I take on holidays and my trusty PVC-U-Like see-through A4 jacket is hanging up on the coat-stand in the hallway and is worn often when I feed the wild birds in the garden in the morning if it is raining and also on day-trips and shopping trips.
I would love to be able hang up my collection in a wardrobe but my wife would't allow it.
Jeff.

Some items of PVC rain and fetishwear that we use regularly, we have hanging up in a wardrobe, other less used or older items are stored folded up inside a large space suitcase up the loft.
I guess they really ort to be hung up properly though as vinyl does have a 'memory' and is a difficult medium to remove creases caused from from improper storage or if kept scrunched up for any length of time as I've found out to my cost with some decent PVC U Like items in the past that we both like the look of but now look awful, full of creases that we just can't remove!

rather untidily around the flat as I live alone, mostly in the bedroom, however have to be abit more careful when friends or workman visit. Did leave a black plastic mac hanging in the hallway when some friends came round and one asked what was this as he tried it on, which considering he was only wearing shorts was abit horny for me, although it seemed not for him. I just said is it not obvious and that was the end of that. Why should I care anyway.

I have a concrete room under the house and have my raincoats hanging from hooks in there and a PVC bean bag in there for somewhere comfortable to be aswell for those erotic times on my own found that the bean bag helps hold the anal toys in place alot better too. everything is out of sight there are no windows so my only light is a mechanics light run off a power point in my basement on the other side of the concrete wall. Rather funny too my wife does not know when I am down there sometimes I here her calling out for me then when she realises I hear her say he must be down in the naughty room.
