I only want PVC rainwear and google has not been of much use to me.

Try Clark Rubber or any Army disposals stores in Queensland; they're your best bet. It rains a lot up there, so they should stock plenty of rainwear although most of it seems to be the cheap & nasty industrial (lined) PVC nowadays.

Or buy something you like from e-bay or anywhere online now and have it delivered to your home: just don't unwrap it (other than trying it on for fit & putting it back inside the wrapping) until you arrive in Australia.

Quite easy really the smell of dairy cattle gets into rainwear when used regularly on a farm through regular animal excrement and mud contact and I am not going to risk any form of prosecution or confiscations for breaching any laws pertaining to pest and disease prevention, so it is far safer and less risky for me to have new clean gear and not go through any uneccesary hassles or penalties with customs at either end especially when alot of money has been paid for high quality wet weather clothing for work purposes(not all of my rainwear is bought to feed my fetish).
