A brave chinese reporter in a typhoon, she just puts on a plastic rainsuit and gets out there, with the help of a rope!
We would never see this sort of thing in the UK, most of the snooty cows who do the reporting here wouldn't be seen dead in a decent raincoat.

Does anyone have an idea as to what type of rain suit she is wearing and if it is order-able from any website?

Now that is a practical rain suit. Looks like it's strudy too. Where and how could we get these?
