Maybe ok to fasten to a camera tripod but not a bike lol lol

all rather gimimcky or in the case of the capes expensive, a decentish nylon waterproof suit is all you really need or a plastic cape in summer when a rainsuit is too sweaty. I do have an older yellow cape which is far better quality than the newer ones and keeps me dry

my cape, stormcheetah is the brand if that means anything, big enough to keep me very dry
