Yesterday my wife and I went to the Royal Horticulture Society's garden at Wisley for their Autumn Fair and as it was raining we both wore our black pvc shorter macs. I only saw one other proper mac and that was a riding mac. Almost all the other visitors wore anoraks of various goretex styles.

When I was in the shop a lady touched my arm, presumably to see what the material was, and completed me on my nice mac!

I was at Wisley on Sunday quite a few in Macs and wellies one couple in front of me she was in chocolate hunters and he was wearing black with pink trim and pink buckle they were faded but looked great
