Having 'enjoyed' this video yesterday, I love the idea of the video and the scene but it wasn't clear that it was a raincoat. It was a raincoat put on back to front with hole in the back for his 'gentleman's sausage'

Although, I did love the use of duct tape made to keep the hood up.
