Wouldn't read too much into it. You have to remember that jackets like that were commonplace back in the 80s when the vid was made. The vid was clearly also made on a shoestring as it was one of her earliest hits. We can only hope that the 80s fashion returns and such jackets become commonplace again

Yes that is much better quality than the old one. Reminds me of those happy days watching the 6th form girls and younger teachers dressed in jelly jackets and longer macs.
