Here's a nice video of a walk in a torrential downpour featuring loud thunder, flashes of lightning and buckets of rain pouring down. Plus you can see a woman under an umbrella wearing a lovely white belted hooded raincoat - unfortunately you don't see as much of her as she is not the focal point of the video; that would be two young siblings walking to school in the downpour under matching rainbow umbrellas & commenting on the storm.
