Rainwear bondage - anyone know where from?

I have found four images of this scenario on various Tumblr sites and presume there are more?
The other two images are of poor quality, anyone know where they originated?

I have no idea where these images are from, but it's a staged execution (garrotting) ... charming stuff!

well, if your going to be executed, what better way to go than dressed in rubber rainwear!!
