It would appear that the Kentucky Derby suffers from bad weather most years as I have found a lot of pictures in the past of plastic clad race-goers at the event. This year some images have appeared recently, mostly of flimsy plastic ponchos to protect the ladies dresses and hats. If you look closely at the third picture, in the background a man has his arm around a lady(?) who is wearing a yellow pvc rainsuit, best dressed woman there!!
