I love the look of these shiny and colourful PVC raincoats! They look a little similar to some raincoats sold by Deston:

Are they made from the type of smooth, soft, shiny PVC material that has a tendency to 'cling' to itself when folded-up and produces a loud 'crackle' or 'rustling' noise with even the slightest movement (just like PVC-U-Like's Shiny Patent Blue PVC material)?
