Pleasant encounter
Light rain much of the day yesterday so I spent my lunch hour at the grand opening of a new outlet shopping mall which included Milwaukee's first Saks Off 5th and Nordstrom Rack outlet stores. Lots of lovely ladies wearing their colorful wellies (mostly glossy Hunters), and as usual not a single raincoat to speak of. I wore my long yellow pvc coated canvas raincoat & matching yellow Hunters. I walked by two lovely young ladies who looked to be in their early to mid twenties, and one of them walked up to me, smiled & said "I love your Hunter boots. I really want the shiny purple ones!" I told her those would probably look really adorable on her. She just said "You're really cute!" and they walked away. REALLY wished I wasn't married!
