I have recently tried to purchase some florence raincoats from the site using google translator. i think i have sent it right as i received an email saying that they would dispatch in 3 days. I find it strange that i didnt have to pay for them before they dispatch. Has anyone else been sucessful in getting an order sent to them outside the czech republic. I would really like to get some of the coats as they look great

well sadly i went through all the order using google translate and sent it through. they replied back with an email saying it would be posted out within 3 days but alas nothing has arrived.

anyone have any idea how to get some of these coats ?
