My Mrs is looking for a new 3/4 length or full length black PVC raincoat. Something she can wear out as well as at home. Can anyone recommend a good supplier or website? We've seen the stuff at www.rainmac.com which we like, but wondered if anybody on here can recommend anything that's good quality but a bit cheaper?

Try PVC-U-LIKE or eBay ... just search for "shiny black raincoat" and wait until something you like turns up.

as Mason says try ebay, just keep looking. The problem is good quality but a bit cheaper. When buying from shops, online or otherwise, you tend to get what you pay for, the old adage buy cheap buy twice is often the case. If it was for you I would suggest something like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130896733065 which is actually decent for the money but not quite ladylike I would guess

Just realised ive posted this topic in the wrong section... Sorry!

Looks like she's going for one of the more expensive Rainmac coats as they're fully lined etc. The pvc-u-like stuff looks ok but it doesn't look like any of the black or red macs have internal linings.
