How does rainwear dominate your life?
How does rainwear dominate your life?
Just for fun…
Is it just a nice thing to wear rainwear or do you feel a yearning to get dressed in your favourite raincoat whenever the situation dictates that you shouldn’t? Where do you lie on the scale of 1 = I can take it or leave it, to 10 = want to wear rainwear 100% of the time if you could? And on a similar topic, how does rainwear on others affect your attraction? 1 = adds to existing attraction but don’t mind if they never wear a raincoat, to 10 = rainwear creates the attraction, you are attracted because of the raincoat and not interested at all if the person will not wear it?
Asking for a friend!
For me I’d say the first question is a 7. The second one is much harder because a higher number makes you look shallow but being honest I have to say a 5.

pour la premiere question il est toujours avec moi dans un coin meme si ne le mets pas je le prends, ensuite pour la deuxiéme questions 10 car je le porte toujours sous la pluie et meme au vent
For the first question, it is always with me in a corner even if I do not put it on, I take it, then for the second question, 10 because I always wear it in the rain and even in the wind

This is an interesting question, on the first point I'd definitely be around a 7, if I'm not wearing an outfit at least once a day I'm at least thinking about what combination of rainsuit, wellies/waders, rubber/pvc/leather gloves and gas mask/helmet I could be wearing. As for the second point that's probably a more difficult one to answer, as Cherie says, the higher the number the more shallow it makes you look which I'm certainly not, I'd probably say I was around a 4, I've always been attracted to blonde women and if they happen to be wearing a PVC rainsuit and wellies the attraction is strongly intensified.

Re: How does rainwear dominate your life?
Very interesting points. For me the answer to the first question would be probably 3, because I can go for a long time without wearing it at all. I really need a day when I am not working and there needs to be some rain to justify me wearing it. About 20 years ago I got towards the end of the year and I realised that I had not worn my rainwear out at all through the year, I was simply too busy with other things. The answer to the second question is more difficult, for me is not always easy to pin down why I find a woman sexy, although if she wore some shiny rainwear it is definitely a big plus, but even then I would not find a really fat woman attractive what ever she was wearing. I would perhaps say that it is maybe 5?
Re: How does rainwear dominate your life?
Rainwear plays an important role in daily life, especially during the rainy season. It protects us from getting wet, helps us stay comfortable, and allows us to continue our work, travel, or outdoor activities without interruption. For workers, farmers, commuters, and travelers, rainwear is a valuable protective garment.
However, relying on rainwear is not a bad thing—it becomes beneficial when it provides safety, comfort, and convenience. The key is choosing durable, high-quality rainwear that offers reliable waterproof protection while supporting an active lifestyle.
"Rainwear doesn't dominate life; it empowers us to keep moving forward, no matter what the weather brings."

Re: How does rainwear dominate your life?
I won’t put numbers out of 10, but hope my words explain. My fetish for waterproofs is omnipresent. I think about it every day. Often it is one of the first thoughts I have on waking. I gear up very often (empty nesters and understanding wife). Not every opportunity I have, but not far off. While the fantasy to be geared 100% of the time does occur from time to time, the reality is that that it simply doesn’t happen. Even on an odd weekend when I find myself home alone (not often), I’ll gear more than usual definitely but there are still all the other things I enjoy doing which take time and need attention.
I need to be attracted to the person. A woman I’m not attracted to doesn’t become attractive if she’s wearing a cagoule. A woman I’m attracted to without a cagoule is not more attractive in a cagoule. It is the person, and I am not only referring to looks. I have met very physically good-looking women who aren’t attractive as people. Equally, I have met less physically attractive women who are fabulously attractive because of their personality. I do however, prefer women to be wearing cagoules rather than not wearing them. I hope this makes sense?

Interesting question and also some thought provoking answers.
For me I would be a 3 for the first question (I would love to be a ten but my lifestyle wouldn't accomodate that)
The second question is tougher, I would say that, like may of us, whenever I see a lady wearing a shiny coat or jacket in public I am Immediately attracted to the wearer. If she happens to be attractive that is a bonus however looks do not detract from my enjoyment of the reflections and Shininess as they walk along the road.

Re: How does rainwear dominate your life?
Hi, For me I am completely wrapped up in waterproofs and wellingtons, and can't get enough of wearing them. And as with a couple of other replies, it's a 10 for me - always. I constantly think about pulling on my waterproofs, mask, gauntlets and wellingtons. I am horsey and grown up around stables and farming which gives me the opportunity to pull some kit on everyday, and I very often wear some waterproofs and wellingtons at home. I have a partner, horsey as well, not especially into rainwear, but often in some and I have explained that I have a serious thing with waterproofs etc. She really good about it, thinks it's 'interesting', but doesn't mock. Much of the time I'm in black Regatta or Karrimor waterproof trousers - I wear them like tracksuit bottoms, and I love it. And swishing away is gorgeous!! I love ladies in waterproofs etc, and I think that I definitely have an attraction, and for me it signals an outdoors lady - which is for me! Yes, adds to the attraction, certainly, but that's natural given our situation, but not a deal breaker. So. 3-4? I think

I feel the same - completely.Plastic_Pervertion wrote: June 14th, 2026, 7:39 am Well... For me, rainwear (plastic clothing) and sex are one and the same... A true fetishist. And I am fairly addicted to it in the sense that I get what you would maybe call 'withdrawal symptoms' if I do not at least once a week dress up and (well let's call it...) relax.![]()
If I am unable to do so... I get irritable, I don't feel good, (tired, headaches), depressed maybe even?
So....I would say it dominates my life in a big way.
