24hr rainwear challenge

Post by Vxr 15 »

Yes a 24hr rainwear challenge in which time you have to dress up in your favourite rainwear outfit for 24hr. You pick an outfit made up from your raincoats etc and put it on, this can consist of as many items as you like then you just have to wear it for 24hr before being able to take it off. I'm currently doing the challenge which I am 18hrs into, i started by wearing 2 layers of nylon raincoat and a skirt to which I have added a 3rd nylon raincoat. Im loving the experience of the challenge so why not give it a go.

Not sure how you guys manage to sleep in rainwear. I normally get sweaty within an hour and throw the blanket off me only to cool down too much. And then it becomes hard to fall asleep.

Thanks, this was a very enjoyable 24hr wearing this outfit, it was a bit warm at times but I did manage to get to the 24hr mark, I even added another layer for the last 6hr, can't wait to do it again

It was a bit warm at night but I slept on top of the bed and not under the covers

When in pervwear I sleep under a single sheet which keeps me at the right temperature.

But what about if you need to go to the toilet? Are you allowed to undo everything for a No 2?

Lovely idea, must try some time when my wife is away a little longer, now she returns tomorrow.
But I have slept in thin nylon rainwear and thin windbreakers, little bit warm but ok.
