Olympics ponchos

Post by plasphil »

A recent report says that the organizers of the Olympics have ordered 250,000 plastic ponchos to hand out to spectators if the weather turns wet! Obviously they will be the flimsy polythene ones but hopefully some spectators will be better prepared with 'proper' rainwear.

Update on the weather as we move into next week...Cooler with showers so will the quoted 250,000 ponchos be enough?

If not there are going to be a few wet spectators
