high school rainwear

im going on a school trip during the holidays and they kit list sais i need a waterproof rain jacket and trousers/ suit and wellies, i was wondering where to get them
HELP PLEASE!!
also wondering if i should take a rain poncho (the one i got from thorpe park) just in case
