Flickr set with Hunters and shiny tights

I came across today a Flickr user don.carey.Many who has posted various photos of Hunter wellies and a good set with Hunters and wet look leggings (tights). I can not tell if the tights are actual latex, shiny spandex, or stretch pvc, but the look is good no matter what they are.
