Ebay sellers can be lazy twonks when they want to be. I was a model for an auction years ago for a HAZMAT suit without me knowing about it. Watermark your pics, watermark them!

I always send a polite request for the seller to remove the pic
Oh and of course an invoice via PayPal for unauthorised use

That is a great idea Ray. But, people assume that a pic, not with a watermark or copyright symbol, posted on the internet, is fair use in advertising their auction items.

Most people think because its on the internet its FREE any way with or without watermark
