for the pedants like jmac (too much time on their hands?) there is the off-topic category anyway so all bases are covered, to quibble over a pvc dress seems a little pathetic

"narrow minded " "to much time on my hands " .. lol  .. seeing as you guys cant take others opinions even when no offence was intended ,and i say no offence because i did not say there was anything wrong with jackie posting here " any time she likes " you just came to that conclusion all on your own . just that in my opinion that discussion was not about rainwear .. just my opinion but that is obviously not welcome here on a rainwear descussion forum
you guys crack me up ..

It is a great pity that Jackie66 does not feel like posting on here especially when describing how to make clothing out of neoprene or any other waterproof / rubber material.
I have spent ages trying to learn how to create my own waterproof clothes and there is a lot to consider especially when good traditional rainwear is so very hard to purchase or swept up by a very 'few' for commercial enterprise so that the cost on e-bay for instance is absolutely stupid for a ancient old mac.

I think to get what we want for a pvc / rubber raincoat soon unless some of us can produce our own homemade styles we will have no chance, so I hope jackie66 does submit posts to this forum again soon.
