Basically it's a standard design concertina plastic rain hat like you would see often in the 70s (and pay the same price for as a can of soft drink), except it has a bootlace instead of a cotton or plastic tie and the lace has a Hermes logo. It also just happens to be exactly the same color as Australia's most popular type of garbage bin liner.

All for a mere $119US as a reserve, add another 60 to save the hassle of waiting for the end of the auction, plus postage of course.

I have a collection of about 35-40 similar rain bonnets. If I ever put them up as a job lot (and even somehow recalled and threw in all those I've ever donated for 'shoots') I would not have the hide to ask anywhere near that.
