Watch out, PVC-U-Like!
Nick and I love meeting other rainwear enthusiasts
Re: Nice Vid from Russia...
Ok if you are handy with a sewing machine!
Re: Nice Vid from Russia...
I think she makes it look altogether much too easy. For a start, if you try to draw lines on pvc with the kind of pen she's using, you'll soon get smudges and smears. A chinagraph pencil would be better. I don't think Gary has anything to worry about.

I could not see how it would be waterproof without taped seams?
Unless I am missing something?

Guys
I'm not too worried just yet, Domino you are correct, using a pen like that on PVC is going to leak out elsewhere.
I couldn't seee any welding machines either, just sewing plastic leaves it looking like a postage stamp! very weak and potential for leaks!
I'm not going to retire just yet, I've got too many people out there wanting nice soft smooth plastic, professionally made and welded just like they did in the 1950's plus what would I do if I stopped? No one is gonna employ a 50 year old perv!
Have a slippery smooth weekend guys and enjoy your PVC passion!

Do you know what guys you hit it on the head, i love photography and will probably continue with it when I retire, I'm not interested in landscapes only chicks in PVC of course, not sure whether the missus would put up with gorgeous chicks in PVC parading around the studio when I'm in my sixties though!
In terms of making a living from photography, as you know Ray from our visits to Purestorm it's a very competitive industry and unless you are a master of photoshop you've got no chance of making big bucks. I have a love hate relationship with computers and certainly do not have the patience or time to learn photoshop. For the time being you will have to make do with shots straight out of the camera.
Here's a nice one from my favourite model Emma Kate Dawson

cheers

With images like this straight from the camera you dont need to bother with photoshop
I think your recent 'vintage' shoot and the shoot with EKD have produced some of the best rainwear images ever, IMHO this is because they are lit to show the plastic at its best and the fact its filled with beautiful girls is almost incidental
