I have never been a massive francophile but French women and belted, shiny black PVC mackintoshes is a marriage made in heaven. See also Francoise Fabian, Catherine Deneuve and many others. Perhaps the late, great Romy Schneider could also be included as an honorary Frenchwoman for this purpose.
