Rainwear "hotspots" in London?

Hi all,

in three weeks I'll be in London.

- Where can mostly rainwear wearing women be found?
- Do British girls wear plastic / vinyl jackets also if it's cloudy and not raining?

Just asking to the locals - maybe someone can give me a nice hint where I could take some nice street shots ;o)

not very likely, the only hope would be if it was raining then some of the tourists may don the plastic
