Most clear umbrellas rip after a shoprt time. Either the canopy rips or the tiles that hold the canopy on the mechanik rip off the canopy. Which clear pvc umbrellas are more durable?

That all depends on the make of the umbrella and the price of it!
Cheap umbrellas do not last long. They are poorly made and may last just two or three uses. (If that)
Fulton Umbrella seem too be one of the best Clear Domed umbrella.
Well made though expensive.
Cheap E Bay umbrellas do not last long and are a waste of time unless you just want too use them once for say photographic props.

Research is the key too see which is the best way too see which is good.

The traditional flat clear umbrellas are flimsy and last 1 or 2 uses then rip or do not open or close properly.
You get what you pay for!
