I believe I came across a link to the movie on this forum, but I can't find the post back anymore and have trouble finding the movie in other ways online. So hopefully someone will read the description below and immediately knows the movie i am talking about.
It about an American man who visits his lawyer (?) in a big office bringing along an Italian speaking lady in a black vinyl raincoat. He just married her but the people in the office cannot figure out some details as she only speaks Italian. At a certain point she takes off her black shiny raincoat and she is wearing a bathing suit below it with a "sash" indicating she won a peagant ("Miss whatevertown").
Help me out please!

Thanks a lot regenhoedje, I tried every way of searching but knowing only little content of the movie with a mostly a focus on the raincoat didnt bring many results. You saved me a lot of time and frustration!
