Looks like a yellow Yarmouth oilskin. I have seen a few pop up on eBay but they are never in my size. I would love to have one some day!

This is pvc causeon the vinyl rain fr site it's about pvc rainwear so its pvc schizo mac schizo was mentioned on that site
