Out in the Rain

Post by Pedro »

Yesterday I had a great evening, it was pouring down. I decided to go out in a new yellow hi vis lined jacket (Site Shackley Hi-Vis Traffic Jacket Yellow) and lined trousers with waterproof boots. It was great walking in the rain meeting an occasional dog walker. Best bit was I had nothing on underneath. No one noticed except my wife when I came in. Boy did she rant at me for getting the rain on the carpet, not the least bit bothered about my lack of clothes.

No. It is yellow with grey taping. I got it from Screwfix recently.

I was out in the rain last night too - went down the shops for milk and wore my regatta pack away pro (dark blue). I really like this cagoule as there is no branding on the outside which I prefer to be honest, not sure why but as before I sometimes worry that people will guess I am turned on.
Once I got over the price of milk these days I walked back through the rain, hood was pulled in a bit but not too tight. Not much else around in the way of rainwear, just a women in the shop in a black north Face type rain jacket - not my type of thing but still a nice sight.
