Yeah, the scene in 'Till The Clouds Roll By' is very similar - plastic umbrellas being swirled around plus plastic rainwear. The only difference is that they wore plastic macs in 'Till The Clouds Roll By' and capes in this Getty Images clip. I can well understand why it reminded you of the film though.

The only difference is that they wore plastic macs in 'Till The Clouds Roll By' and capes in this Getty Images clip. I can well understand why it reminded you of the film though.

It also reminds me of this film for some reason too: 'Ah! Les Belles Bacchantes' from 1954.

Update on this one: I've seen the film mentioned several times on the Forum in the past - not sure we've ever had a link to it. I'll do a couple of searches and see if I can find anything. If I do, I'll try and find a decent quality link to it and put it up.
