I think it is a lab coat with a few panels of clear PVC sewn on it to make it look “space-age”. Nice idea but not enough PVC and the sightings are too short to be interesting. The milky white PVC suit worn by Olivia Munn near the star of The Predator - now that is what scientists should wear!

There is a scene where she is squatting down to try to hide from the predator, so you get a good look at the suit, which becomes good and tight in all the right places. It’s a shame it’s not shinier, and is likely made of EVA, which is a poor substitute for PVC in my book. But still lovely action in the film. Annoyingly, some channels shorten the scene compared to the original cinema release, so you don’t get as much Olivia action as possible.
