Her name is Sumeyye Yilanci and she works on Turkish TV - Google her, she really is quite stunning in my view. I agree though, without the brolly and the hood done up tight would be amazing.

I have never understood why people wear a cagoule (or any raincoat with a hood, for that matter) then use a brolly. PUT THE HOOD UP, IT'S WHAT IT'S THERE FOR!
