Out again in heavy shiny black PVC
Had to go to the traffic department so once again seeing as it might be raining - I went all PVC.

Wow !! For some reason missed this photo when it was first put on. Reminds me of the old Belstaff motor cycle gear. They used to have trousers to match. Whenever I saw a guy in them, particularly with wellingtons, I would dash home and 'enjoy' myself wishing I was so attired
