'Wahou!' (French film from 2023). Karin Viard wears a long purple semi-transparent plastic mac in many scenes. The film is quite recent so I was unable to find the French version - this one being dubbed over in Hindi. NB! Best viewed on the 720 pixels setting.
Timing: Many scenes/sightings from the start of the film until about 41 minutes into it.
