More New primark Macs??

Post by Peterstrom »

Hi all – seen another Mac on Ebay – listed as a retro / 2nd hand item this looks like the style of Primark of the Flowery/red/blue & green release (2008??). Not the same style as the latest releases but here’s hoping it’s this years – love the colours / pattern.

Anyone able to confirm it’s origins??

Looks very similar to the Primark style with the back belt bit and the big buttons. Although the one in the Joe Browns catalogue looks quite similar.

Primark had about 5 different colours / patterns last year which it drip fed over the course of about 4 or 5 months, so lets hope this is the second style this year.

Hi

Love your other photos on your Flickr page. I know most are from Suzie High or other Ebay sellers, but who is the lady wearing some of the Primark coats and Peter Storm cagoules?

I went into the Primark store in Coventry today. They had two of the blue pvc macs with the rear 'buckle' (is that the right name - like on the flowery ones above). Only size 10 and 12 though unfortunately

Well -might have gotten to the bottom of this one. Seen several Macs recently listed from Ireland:

One stated the make was Mystify and a quick Google revealed this:

So it would appear that these Macs are from Ireland produced for a Store called Heatons which is an Irish version of Primark (Quote from Wiki) : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heatons

So, there we have - case solved!!
