Not rainwear admittedly, but glimpses of a lovely shiny silver outfit of jacket and matching shorts. Probably polyester mix or nylon. I just think it is super cute and you can pause for a good gander!

I’d agree if the skirt was shiny. I’m like a magpie in that respect.
