I am sure that this is going to put the cat amongst the pigeons but here goes!

Here we have a website specifically aimed at those of us that have a rainwear fetish, whether it is for nylon, rubber, PVC, PU or whatever and the various subsets of rainwear and rainwear fabrics. It is a fetish and one that always has a sexual connotation or leads ultimately to a sex act. For example when I put on my orgeous red rubberised satin mackintosh it is in anticipation of arousing someone with a similar fetish for red satin mackintoshes and ultimately I want and know that it will lead to sexual gratification whether accompanied or in solo. We are all adult and I think that we can associate with that scenario. What I find strange is that there is very little in the way of actual pornography involving this fetish. Go onto porno sites and look up fetish subject matter - there is absoutely nothing relating to our fetish. Why? Unless I am mistaken in which case I would love to be corrected. The closest material is the videos produced by Mactastic. Their productions of gorgeous models dressed in an outstanding array of mackintoshes are outstanding and subtly erotic. The inuendo is there and provided you can use your imagination are erotic and go a long way to fullfilling the needs of a rainwear fetishist. Then there is the occasionl foray into mackintosh sex by the gorgeous Janet - alas too seldom and not far enough. There is very little to nothing else and we all tend to hide behind plain vanilla communications and photographs of mackintosh glad women. Isn't it time that we saw the real thing - lusty full blown sex with raincoat fetish as the central theme and as the driving force. Or am I out of line? Perhaps there is this information out there and I don't know about it - if so, please someone point me in the right direction.

I think you are right, when we say that we have a fetish for rainwear, it should indicate that we are aroused by a specific kind of rainwear in a specific surrounding and situation. This is just an attempt to say how diversified the field is. Whether our inclination is hetero, gay or solo they all require certain type of pornographic OR just erotic visual material. For some of us may even written material give a start. Some of us would like to watch pics and movies, some require the feeling of vinyl to bare skin, some will need a partner for role plays. I think we know all that if we have surfed thru the net looking for 'rainwear'.
Maybe the customer segment for rainwear is not big enough for the mass producers of porn. A good example is the Finnish based site

Before you go throwing away loads of money on subscriptions, I would consider having a 'look around' at other sites such as http://www.porn-w.org/ and http://fetish.pornbb.org/, use the seach function on either site for 'rainwear', 'plastic' or 'pvc' and you'll be suprised what you can find If you want to subscribe anywhere I would suggest Oron,Filesonic, Megaupload or Rapidshare etc, there's far more value for money to be had in terms of the amount of 'plastic and rainwear' videos content on these sites that you'll ever find on any one dedicated fetish site. (I'm sure there are going to be people who feel this kind of thing is 'stealing' and 'unfair on the people doing all the work', well I say if you buy a CD or DVD and you're finished watching it you have the chance to pass it on by trading it in or selling it on ebay and getting something back on your original investment, where is the opportunity with downloaded content? there isn't any, and that's why I have no problem exchanging video or pictures with others on these sites, if all the people who can afford the individual subscriptions to the fetish sites aren't happy about these sites, then don't go on them, simples, but don't you dare look down your nose and judge others for using them, we're not all made of money, especially these days.)

Interesting Rainydee 's definition of "value for money" bearing in mind that these sites sell stolen copyrighted material. What you are saying is that buying a car from somebody who stole it is better value for money than buying the car from it's owner.

and these sites do not of course have to generate the content in the first place so no model fees, no location fees, no outfits to buy, etc. etc......

There is a very limited market for PVC fetish porn photos / videos so the larger production companies are not really interested in doing it

Well here we are again, I've been over this one before, but, just so there's no misunderstanding, I will clarify it once more. The main reason for me not having any problems with downloading from file sharing sites (note: I DO NOT upload any of the content I have paid for, I only download) is because of the repetitive nature of most of it, having seen what most of the fetish sites put out, can you seriously expect people to continually fork out for the same old thing over and over again? why shouldn't people be able to exchange their downloads with others in the same way they would swap books, cd's or any other hard copy items? If I bought one of the excellent PVC Dreams DVD's for example, after watching it a few times I may want to sell it on and buy something new, and I would have no problem doing so, why would you pay full price for a 'car' from a showroom when there's one for sale on the net that's a few months old and half the price? Don't be thinking that I don't appreciate the fact that you have costs, I happily pay for DVD's, but let's face it, how many of these models are actually fetishists? not one I'm prepared to bet, they're doing it for the money, if it wasn't rainwear they'd be modeling something else, as long as they got paid, if sites were made by fetishists for fetishists then there wouldn't be so many costs involved, rainwear would be getting bought because the buyer wanted to wear it for their pleasure, not because they could make money from it by selling pictures and videos of it to others, providing something for a community and exploiting an opportunity to make money are 2 different things and at times, given the lack of diversity in some of the material, it's not always easy to say which is which.
