Private messages

I have just logged in here, and it seems that my private message facility has disappeared. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone- not even the site administrators. Has anyone else got trouble like this, obviously I can still post comments, I am wondering if this is linked to the trouble with spammers on here?

No problem - do try to keep private messages to a minimum and always (where possible) use email instead.

Private messages take up space on the database and ultimately cuts into hosting space that could have otherwise be used for posts on the forum.
