Yellow/blue reversible raincoats

Post by staggy »

I love the blue and yellow raincoats which are reversible and 100% PVC I have a couple of these
And have a fond memory when I was at scouts as a young teenager one of the guys wearing this type of raincoat with matching trousers. I have never found these matching trousers anywhere. Does anyone know the make of this rainsuit or where I can get the trousers from?

I remember buying one of these rainsuits WITH matching rainpants (very shiny yellow on the outside, smooth-ish matt blue on the inside) through "Innovations" home dogalogue.... they were just fantastic! wore them for years ... unfortunately they split open after many years of wear and that was that ... if only i'd bought more

Unfortunately, they never sold them again; got no idea if they are still being made :-(

Those original reversible suits were an absolute dream to wear, I remember the first time I wore the smooth yellow PVC side against my skin, it was so sensual, unfortunately, the softness of the material was also it's downfall, it was only a few short months after buying my suit that the trousers split, and although the jacket lasted a little longer, it too finally let go at the underarm seams. That particular suit does live on, as I used the material to create the yellow PVC lining in my favourate fetish crash helmet. Just today, I've won what looks like a modern day take on that suit, it's blue and yellow reversible, jacket and trousers, I don't expect the material to be as soft and smooth as my original one, but it looks nice never the less.

I have one of those coats thats zips up the front, its a great length and as its a size 10 I can't wear much under it . its very smooth and waterproof but not grreat for a cold day.

By the way as all our English and Welsh rainwear friends bask in sunshine we have rain rain rain and more rain here in Scotland this morning..

I love it, however a few sunny day would be lovely.

I can assure you that unless someone has a heat fetish as well that being macked up down here is not only unnecessary but would be positively uncomfortable. I was going out for an early afternoon bike ride but soon realised it was far too hot for such things. I did get as far as the supermarket but I think I would have raised a few eyebrows had I gone in wearing a plastic raincoat. The heat cannot last long anyway so will enjoy it while it lasts and think of the heating bills saved for now.
