Unfortunately the plot did not require that she be seen doing so.
The series was The Chinese Detective. Said detective was interviewing Georgina (who was a hooker I believe) while she was hanging many pairs of skimpy panties on a clothes line when she said she liked the feel of silk next to her skin best "except sometimes I wander about the 'ouse wearing nothing but one of them paper-thin plastic macs....". The look on the Chinese guy's face said it all. Luckily I don't think my wife was looking at my face at that moment! The vision has haunted my daydreams ever since! Thanks for the reminder @wealdenmac!

Thanks for the confirmation. That was my recollection, too, but I couldn't verify Georgina's appearance in a relevant episode by reference to IMDb so I left it out. What a voice she had/has. Another favourite recollection from that time, this time from Boon, was of Amanda Burton, as a police detective masquerading as a prostitute, stepping out from the shadows in a shiny black polyurethane mac and saying, "You're under arrest!" She later had a more regular role in that splendid series but I don't think she ever wore a mac again.

At least during the seventies shiny vinyl raincoats were quite fashionable for ladies in central Europe even when it wasn't rauning. Also the classic yellow friesennerz was often worn as fashion Item when it wasn't raining.

Lol...it was me who posted that I have a fetish for seeing women hoovering normally ! But I also have a rainwear fetish for seeing mature ladies in those 1980 see through coloured hooded and belted pvc rain macs ! So to see a woman in one of those, who was hoovering too...would be a double turn on for me !

Anyone else on here find seeing women hoovering a turn on ? Would love to hear from you.

evad wrote: July 1st, 2020, 4:52 pm Well, I like cleaning out my gutters dressed in a rainsuit, boots and rubber gloves. I take the hose with me up on the ladder. I wash down my suit (While wearing it.) afterward. Usually have a diaper on underneath it all as well. Kinda hard to undress on a ladder when I need to go.

I am also clearing out my jungle of a back yard- I go out after a good rain in my pvc bibs, boots, and heavy rubber gloves. Easier to pull big weeds out of the ground if it's wet.
Oh I bet it’s so much fun pulling the weeds when it’s all wet, I’d be tasked with getting so muddy if I was fully suited up like you!

I love nylon raincoats - especially the ones from the 60's and 70's and love seeing pictures of them or seeing someone wearing them. I have a few myself and wear them every day both outside and inside.
I also love the smoke colored PVC raincoats from the same time period. I only have one so if you have one you want to get rid of I'm interested.
I often go to shops wearing a nylon raincoat. The good thing about a light nylon raincoat is that they can be worn all year round no matter what the weather is like.
